Terms of Service
Effective August 10, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Zeroshot website, web application, and mobile applications. By creating an account or using Zeroshot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires a higher age for online services, you may use Zeroshot only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Keep your sign-in methods and API keys secure, provide accurate account information, and notify us if you believe your account was compromised.
Your content and AI-generated output
You retain rights you have in prompts, scripts, reference media, and other content you submit. You grant Zeroshot a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and deliver the features you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you submit, including a person's image, voice, or likeness.
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output and determining whether you may publish or commercially use it. Zeroshot does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, non-infringement, continuity, or eligibility for intellectual-property protection.
fal.ai and other third-party services
When you connect a fal.ai API key, requests made through Zeroshot consume credits and are governed by your agreement with fal.ai. You are responsible for the key, its permissions, account balance, model charges, and activity initiated from your Zeroshot account. Zeroshot may also depend on hosting, authentication, email, diagnostics, and distribution providers whose availability and terms are outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zeroshot to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or evade sanctions;
- create or distribute child sexual-abuse material or exploit minors;
- harass, threaten, defame, deceive, impersonate, or facilitate fraud;
- submit content you lack permission to use;
- introduce malware, probe security, disrupt the service, or bypass limits;
- share credentials or use automated access except through supported interfaces; or
- represent AI-generated content as authentic evidence where doing so could cause harm.
Publishing and feedback
Content remains private unless you choose to publish or share it. If you publish content, you authorize Zeroshot to make it available through the sharing features you select. If you send product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, including beta or AI-provider integrations. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using Zeroshot or delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeroshot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeroshot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, third-party provider charges, or harm caused by content you submit or publish. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as Zeroshot evolves. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Questions or concerns can be sent through our contact page.
