Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Zeroshot account and associated creative data from the Profile screen in the app.
Delete inside Zeroshot
- Open Zeroshot Studio or the Zeroshot mobile app and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, use our contact page to email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Zeroshot account deletion.” We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
What deletion does
Account deletion removes your account records and stored Zeroshot media. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Deleting Zeroshot does not delete or refund your separate fal.ai account; revoke that API key directly in fal.ai if you no longer want it to be usable.
